1. Select the product first
2. Confirm that you have completed shopping for products and select "Checkout"
3. Create an account/log in (please confirm that your email address is entered correctly to receive order information)
4. Fill in personal information and confirm that the information is correct
5. After completing the order, make payment according to the instructions on the order page and contact us via WhatsApp. (All orders need to be paid within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be cancelled)
6. After the goods arrive, we will notify you of pickup/delivery via WhatsApp. (If the order fails, the deposit paid will be fully refunded)
7. In case of any dispute, Cra5y reserves the right to make the final decision.

Notice to customers
Payment methods:
Payme, FPS, HSBC transfer (all orders need to be paid within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be cancelled)
Pick-up method:
After all the goods arrive, we will notify you via WhatsApp. At that time, you can choose face-to-face delivery or payment on delivery. ( If we cannot successfully contact you/do not reply within 7 days after the arrival of the goods, the order will be regarded as abandoned and no refund will be made, so please note!)
No refunds will be given unless the manufacturer or supplier fails to supply all items.
Please inspect the goods on site. Exchanges only include missing or damaged parts. Because the coloring of each item is different, the company will reserve the final right to replace it. The goods will not be returned or exchanged after they are shipped out.
