Japanese purchasing service process

As long as it is a Japanese website that does not require bidding and auction, and can be purchased online, you can use our Japanese purchasing service.

first step

• VIA WHATSAPP Contact us and attach the original webpage URL , product name, information, etc. of the product you want to purchase. (See the picture below) If the original web page URL cannot be provided, you can also provide product information and we will try to find it.

Step 2

• Please wait patiently, we will quote you as soon as possible (the price includes all handling fees and postage)

 

third step

• You can deposit money through bank or electronic payment (FPS, PAYME) and then send proof of deposit via WHATSAPP. The time and amount must be clearly displayed to be valid. (See below)

 

the fourth step

• Waiting for arrival / arrival notification.
• If you fail to successfully purchase the product, we will refund the full amount.
